Hello! This was my last day of my summer blog!
In the morning I was so excited! Why? Well because my mom and I were going to Cochrane Country Fair! To get there we had to drive, of course. However, it wasn't too long before we got to The fair. When we got there there were quite a few booths that I found cool. Then we went to see the small animal winners. There were two cats, one was cute and the other more playful. When we got outside there were two llamas. I got to touch one of them. The fur felt weird but it was nice to get to touch it. I tried the treasure hunt but it was just full of hay and dust. I didn't find anything valuable but other people did. I didn't like the dust and hay though so we went back to the car to have something to eat. When we got back to the fair, my mom and I made a zucchini car and enter the competition. I got to pet some very young chicks. In case you don't know, the feathers of the chicks are called "downs". Two friendly kids (young goats) came to visit me when I was petting the chicks. Apparently they also like petting the chicks with their lips. We saw same pretty cool displays including drawings by kids my age. |

When I got home I did math and played Godzilla Unleashed again. I was in many battles and I won every single one of them. I have decided my favorite character was Krystalak.

A few words before I close this chapter of my summer blog.
Things that I have learned from blogging:
1) Blogging is more fun than you think
2) I don't always what I did. In fact, I forget most of it but a good strategy is to make good notes about my day to remind myself.
3) My writing skills have improved because I practiced blogging every day.
4) I started off blogging with a goal to write something everyday. There were days when I didn't feel like doing it but I persisted. My efforts got paid off because my blog received the title of "Blog of the Month".
5) Everyone should try to blog at least once.
Before I say goodbye, I would like to thank Students of The World and the good people who maintain the site. Without them, I would not have the opportunity to make this happen.
I would also like to thank my parents for helping me with my writing skills, yet allowing me to express my thoughts in my own ways.
Last but not least, thank you all for reading my blogs. Your coming to visit my site gave me support and encouraged me to press on this interesting journey.
Bye for now, but this is not the end of my blogging journey. I will do it again so please come back to read my next blog. To all my friends, I will see you soon as school is about to start in a few days!
