My advice to you is to try and figure out what exactly makes you stress when you're with other people. Is it that you think they'll think you're weird or not good enough? If that's the case, then I want you to know that you're probably a really awesome person to be around, and if someone doesn't like you, then it's not your fault. You need to breathe, and remember that you are enough. I think you might have social anxiety. There on videos on youtube on how to overcome social anxiety. Maybe you should check them out!

| Bonjour , pour être aide soignante , il faut que tu es un diplôme d'Etat d'aide soignant ( DEAS ) École préparatoire du niveau V (= Diplôme nation du brevet ( CAP, BEP) ) pendant 1 ans . À la fin de ta formation tu passeras un concours d'entrée (CAP). Tu auras plusieurs semaines de stages ainsi que des cours théoriques. L'accès à on examen comprendra ( Des connaissances : La culture générale en lien avec le domaine sanitaire , social et des connaissances en biologie ). La condition d'être diplômé est partir de 17 ans .
Mais également le bac et certains diplômes professionnels donneront lieu à des dispenses d'épreuves d'admissibilité (CAP , l'accompagnement éducatif à la petite enfance par exemple )
