Nicknames: Sponge, Spongebob
Role in the show: Spongebob is the main character, he lives a happy life and enjoys jellyfishing with Patrick, and helps Patrick because he gets stung very often. Most find this sponge annoying because of his constant happiness, he is very gullible, though and is often fooled by Squidward. He doesn't have much knowledge, for in one of the episodes, he was swearing with Patrick, but Patrick reffered to it as "fancy talk" and they both wanted to turn each other in after a warning from Mr. Krabs. |
