Thirteen-year-old David Henrie made his primetime debut starring as ‘Petey Pitt’ on Fox TV’s highly anticipated “The Pitts,” created by Mike Scully (“The Simpsons”). “The Pitts” is about a normal family that extremely bad things happen to. “The Pitts” debuted March 30th and continues to air immediately following “Malcolm in the Middle”.

David’s other television credits include NBC’s critically acclaimed “Providence” and the Jerry Bruckheimer produced “Without A Trace” for CBS. He has also made appearances in national commercials for Burger King, McDonald’s and Sony PlayStation.

On the big screen, David recently wrapped a role in a feature film titled “Arizona Summer” directed by Joey Travolta and co-starring Greg Evigan, Lee Majors and David’s younger brother Lorenzo James. The film is set to hit theaters in the summer or 2003.

David was born in California and raised in Arizona along with his younger brother Lorenzo. “My parents are really cool. My mom is always there for us. My brother is a dreamer. My dad is the hardest worker you’ll ever meet. He and my mom encourage us in everything we do.” This might explain why David continues to pursue all of his interests with determination.

Along with acting, David plays on the elite hockey travel team for the Jr. Kings. “I’ve been playing hockey ever since I was seven and really love it! Hockey has taught me what commitment, discipline and determination mean. It would be really cool if someday I could star in a hockey movie!”

In addition to acting and hockey, David enjoys attending school, skateboarding and motocross. He also enjoys going to the movies and hanging out with friends. David also plays the guitar and is learning a wide variety of music from Jimi Hendrix to the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
