Hi there I would like to tell people about the place I live in. Tasmania is an island at the bottom of Australia.

Australia is near New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

Australia has seven states 2 territories. Australia is about the same size as the USA without Alaska and Hawaii. This is Tasmania the smallest state in Australia with a population of only half a million people approximately.

The capital of Tasmania is Hobart
