| As your dog gets older it is going to have a harder time hearing. A good idea is to use hand motions with your dog. When telling your dog to sit move your hand in a way that the dog will recognise everytime. What I do is when I tell my dogs to sit I stand to show them that you are in control of them. If you sit they will want to lick you and play. Say sit to the dog and move your hand in a forward motion slowly. |
| | One thing that I know is that sometimes you will want to hang around the house without your dog, please don't. When you do this it causes the dog to be more aggressive and not listen as well. Another that most people have is frustration with there pet, do not abuse them by smacking them or kicking them. New York City is home to one of the greatest animal shelters in the United States, It is called the ASPCA. Tis is a non- prophit organization meaning people work there and care for animals for free. as you know if you watch Animal Precinct on animal planet you know that NYC has 10 million people 8 million pets and 10 animal cruelty agants. |
