I have 9 students and want to connect them to the outside world so they can have a better understanding of how wonderful & diverse our world is. We go to school through the end of April. I teach PSR, so we are learning about Catholicism and that God loves all. Perfectly fine with connecting with any class around the world. I can fairly read Spanish, Italian, French, and a little German. Yet the kids have no second-language skills, so letters written to us in English, would be preferable at first. Merci! Gracias! I am the school Director and teacher at a small English Academy in France.
Our students speak well English and are eager to learn. There are 15 students aged between 8 to 15, most of them are between 11-13. I am looking for a group / class of Amercian students who would be interested in learning about the French culture and share theirs with my students.
The idea is to motivate them to continue learning English by making friends from other countries. I was thinking of making short videos where they would introduce themselves and their families, show how French children live, speak about their hobbies, French habits, French Festivals... and the American students could do the same. It could be fun and very interactive!
We could also echange letters. If you don't have the same number of students is not a problem and your students don't need to speak French.

I teach history and social studies to middle school students (age 12-14) in a small community in the northeastern United States. We don't many opportunities to connect with people from around the world, and we are hoping to change that. We are open to connect with schools from anywhere, but we would be especially interested in connecting with students in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East. We could exchange videos, do web-based exchanges, or write traditional letters and share pictures.

Hello! I teach basic Spanish to 7-10 year olds in two public IB schools in Springdale, Arkansas in the USA. My students can speak, read, write, and understand very BASIC Spanish (Novice Level), but are native or proficient English Speakers.
