Hi, I am a seventh grade English teacher in a Chinese Middle school. My students age 12-13, I teach two classes English, and I have a total of 87 students.Their English are very poor. Now 17of them are eager to have international pen-pals and exchange knowledge of cultures, as well as practice their writing and literacy skills.They're going to have a very long summer vacation. I would like my students to learn more about the culture of similar aged students from another country. and trying to make a penpal is their homework. so I need your help. could you send your students' e-mail address to me? and I will collect my students' address soon, and send them to you. I am so glad to have each of you reply. I have never used this site before but am hopeful my class can contact each country represented here. I would like for my 28 students to write to different countries to learn about their country and culture. I would love for them to try and correspond with several countries and then teach our school what they learn about those countries in a special event day. So, I'd love each of you to send me your physical addresses so I can do a test letter and send it to you as a teacher.

Hi. I have a class here i Sweden that is looking for penpals from an English speaking country, preferably in the USA. I have 22 5th graders in the age 11-12 (15 boys and 6 girls). We would like to exchange snail mails in English - send a parcel with letters from all the pupils in the class (and other things like pictures, coins, stamps, candy/sweets, stickers etc.) every other month. Except the individual letters from each student we will tell you about our school, city and country (for example culture, food, language, geography etc). We would like to start this project this autumn (late August or early September) and continue until June 2015. I have done projects like this with all my former classes but now I am looking for a new school/teacher to exchange letters with. Please let me know if you are interested in becoming penpals with us. I'm learning how to use this site. Excuse me if I replied twice. I would love to have my students exchange letters with yours to learn about your country and your culture. I will have 28 students beginning tomorrow. They will range in age from 11 -12. I will be changing to a new group of about 28 students each 9 weeks. We would love to tell you about the United States and how we live here in Alabama.

My students would love to have pen pals from the USA. They come from Poland (the number of them is between 8 and 15 - I'm not sure yet). They are 11-12 years old. They can exchange e-mails and postcards. We would like to start the exchange in September .If you are interested write me back.

I am a French teacher. Our school is between Paris and Reims (champagne country).
In September there will be 26 pupils (10-11 years old) in my class.
It will be really interesting to work together,
writting to learn about each other.
