Hi All,
I teach 7th grade Social Studies (12-13 years old) in California. In June of this year, I will be traveling to Tokyo and Kyoto for leisure. I want to incorporate teaching/my class somehow into my trip. My students are interested in writing letters to Japanese students to share with them what they've learned about Japan in my class, what their lives are like, etc. They are eager to share and to gain Japanese pen pals so that they can learn about life in Japan, too. Would anyone be willing to allow me to share my letters with their students/school in June while I'm in Tokyo and/or Kyoto? I'm looking for Japanese students around the same age group who speak at least some English. Please let me know! :)
