Why do I love tigers?

Well first of all, I'm born in the Year of the Tiger, which happens to be this year! Who else here is born in the Year of the Tiger? ^^

Besides being very cute as cubs, tigers are the most beautiful of the big cats, with their amazing striped coats of fur (like the zebra, no two coats are the same), amazing agility, and their ability to swim. Are tigers the only cats that actually like being in water?

My favourite subspecies of tiger is the Siberian tiger, the biggest and most majestic of them all. I would be interested in helping out in conservation efforts in that part of the world one day.

I have to agree that the best subspecies of tiger is the Siberian ^_^. When I was in America I fell in love with them, they are amazing.

Jealous that your born in the year of the tiger. Nevermind I'll stick with the year of the horse.
