45344 - from Jacqui (USA) - 2012-07-29 Middle school : "Looking for francophone exchange" I teach beginning French at a middle school in Palo Alto, California (near Stanford University). I will have about 45 7th grade (11-12 yrs) and about 45 8th grade (13-14 yrs) students. We are interested in writing to schools anywhere in the French-speaking world. We can do snail mail and email exchanges. School starts August 20th for us, but we can delay until your school is back in session. Looking forward to finding some matches for my students! We have 75 students eager to start exchanging information about themselves by snail mail or emails.We're close to the atlantic coast near Poitiers(poitou charentes). The students are divided into 3 groups : from 7 th to 9th grade around 25 pupils in each group So there could be an interesting exchange. I'm an English teacher in France - at Collège Langevin in Ville-la-Grand, Haute-Savoie to be more precise! Our middle school is next to the Alps and Geneva, Switzerland.
