Cooking : "Cinnamon Biscuits (they actually taste really good)"

Mix 125g of sugar and 120g of butter together in a bowl. Add one egg and mix well. Sieve 280g of flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of bakig powder into the mixture in the bowl and knead well. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. After this time has passed, flour a surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a width of 1.5 cm. Cut the biscuits and decorate them if you want. Place on some baking paper and opcionally sprinkle icing sugar and ground cinnamon over the biscuits. Bake at 180 ºC with heat from above and below for 15 minutes. Enjoy! |
