I am a 2nd grade teacher and we live in a rural area in Florida and would love to have Pen Pals. There are 17 children in the class who would love to correspond with your class

Hi, I`m Romina from Argentina, I teach at a primary school in Buenos Aires, my students are third graders( 8 and 9 years old). They have been learning English for only three years so they know the basics. Most of them only have the opportunity to learn at school, just a few have the chance to learn at an institue or with a private teacher. It would be great if we could exchange mails or use Skype to chat. The only problem is that as they have little knowledge of the language I would have to intervene a lot so perhaps if we could think of a series of questions so as to guide the conversation and try to make the most of it ( and avoid misunderstandings or awkward moments when you don`t know what to say...) Ok, bye for now Tell me what you think of my idea

Hi! I'm an English teacher in Turkey, with students of 4th, 6th and 7th grades, 10 - 13 ages. I would prefer pen friendship first by letters, because all of these children haven´t got internet at home, and it would be a multidimensional, more beautiful, and effective experience for them. Then they can communicate in class where there are computers.

Hi, Adeline
Our school is a small village school in the middle of Poland. There are only 50 pupils in it and they all study English. Their age is from 5 to 12. They are very much interested in everything that goes on around the world and they love writing: mails and regular letters, too.
For two years already we've been writing on: www.michalowprimary.wikispaces.com
This school year there were some problems with the Internet but we're trying to catch up now.
Would you be interested to join us?
Ewa

Hi, I also have children interested to learn about other cultures that children from around the world live in. We are in Queensland Australia. My group of children are aged 3 - 5 years, so a little younger than yours, however I think we could share some great info between the groups. If you are interested please contact me so the children can begin to start on their correspondance to your children. Thank you, Melissa.
