: "looking for an English speaking class"

Dear teachers,

I am an English teacher of students aged 11 to 13. My classes (6th and 7th grade) are interested in a pen pal exchange via e-mail with an English-speaking class. I've got 28 boys and girls in each class, who have learned English for two to three years so far. So, they're writing basic level still.
Each student in my class would like to have a single pen friend but it is also possible to have contact from class to class as a whole. We could also make it a bilingual exchange, if your class is learning German at the moment.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,
Regards
Mrs. Ehrler

Hi! My name is Marina Sánchez. I'm a German teacher in the British School of Gran Canaria (Las Palmas, Spain) and I am interested in organising a penpal exchange for my Year 8 group. It's a group of 23 boys and girls aged 12-13. they have been learning German for 1 year, so their level is basic. They are all bilingual Spanish-English. I would like to start as soon as September 2011.

I am also looking for an exchange for my Year 9 and 10 (13-15 years old)

Please let me know if you would be interested.

Many thanks.
marina sánchez

Hi!

I'm an English teacher in Sweden and I have a class with 32 pupils. The girls and boys in our class are about 12 years old and are in the 5th grade.
We are interrested in having pen pals in order to practise writing in English but also get more interrested in and aware of other cultures.
We have studied English for about three years so they know the basics.
Maybe we our classes could write to each other?!

Best regards
-Maria

Hi Mrs. Ehrler! My name is Randall and I am 14 years old. I am from Pennsylvania in the USA. I saw your AD about finding English speaking students to be pen-pals for your class. I also have been taking German at my Middle School and I am able to write/have conversation auf Deutsch. Let me know if you're are still interested in having pen-pals for your class. Weidersehen!

Hello,

I am 10 yrs old and an A Honor Roll student.
My grandmother has been doing our family tree and I am interested in having a penpal from another country. Internet penpal is better than mail = My interests are Pokemon, Tang Soo Do (martial arts) and reading. I have other hobbies too.

If there is a male or female student who would like to email me, we could learn a lot from each other.

Davis
