Airline pilot : "ATIS and BS NOTAMS"

So I know what ATIS and NOTAM's are, but what does dew point have to do with anything in the ATIS. Can someone explain Atis to me? I'll give and example ATIS.

The Dew point represents how much moisture is in the air, the higher the dew point temperature, the greater the atmospheric moisture content. The closer the dew point (14) is to the air temperature (21), the closer the air is to saturation.
