35732 - from Michael Favreau (USA) - 2010-08-27 Primary school : "Looking for Pen Pals" My name is Mike and I am looking for a class to be pen pals with my after school educational club. Our school is from a low income neighborhood and they have to contend with a writing state assessment at the end of the year. I would love to have a school in the USA and a school outside of the country. The grade level would be 3rd-5th graders. Our school is Randall Elementary, and we are located in Independence Missouri. I am also running an after school club and looking for schools to communicate with as part of our project 'friends around the world'. The children would be writing in English and we would love to learn more about life and school in the USA.Unfortunately we would only be able to write as we would be working from a class with no computers but im sure we could arrange a skype session once or twice!
