Teacher : "pen-pal for kids"

I'm from an island called Curaēao but currently i'm living in The Netherlands.
I do speak English, Dutch, Spanish & Papiamento.
I'm open for any language or culture (I prefer Spanish or English), If possible I'm looking for language teachers or tutors because I want to start a teen(child) pen-pal program with your school/organisation for children's from 8- 18 years old.
