High school : "seeking partnership and help"

Hi, everybody,
I am teaching English. My students' ages are 15-20. I am seeking a school as a partner. The school I'm looking for should have the following qualities:
1. Students who can interact in English.
2. Students willing to pay us visits to really get in touch with each other. The area we are in, Agadir, is very beautiful (sea, mountain, desert, sun...). It's worth visiting.
3. A school willing to help us by supplying us with any old/unwanted material because our school is very poor.
