: "penpal for primary school"

Greetings from Germany! I´m looking forward for penpals for my third and fourth grade class, aged 8 -11 (21 boys and girls).
We are still looking for someone to correspond with in English (letters and emails).
Are your students interested in writing, too? My students would be really happy about a penpal.
Thanks in advance for your interests!
Kate

I have a class of 14 fourth graders. I teach them computers and we are learning about proper internet uses. We would like to e-mail your students and learn about what they are doing and we might be able to share ideas about class work.

We are studying Germany this year in my third grade class (ages 7-9)! We are a class of 24 students in Washington, DC. Would you be interested in being penpals with us?

In August, I will have a new group of about 21 students ages 8-10. I would love to email and mail letters at least once a month to allow the students to experience Germany through the eyes of students their own age. We are located in northern Alabama close to Tennessee in the foothills of the Appalacian mountains. We will focus on integrating technology into our curriculum next year and would love to also send videos, presentations, and other forms of electronic media. I would enjoy hearing from you if you are interested in collaborating for the next year.

Hello Kate,
My name is Danna. I have been teaching in the small community of Winton, California for 13 years now. I was just informed that I would be moving from 3rd grade to 4th next year. I will be taking my 3rd grade students with me next year and I'm looking for new and exciting activities for my students. I thought writing to penpals would be a fantastic idea!! I had a class of mine many years ago write to students in Australia and they loved it. I found your ad on the internet. I see the date is from quite a few months ago. Are you still looking for a group of students to exchange letters with? If so, I am very interested. I would prefer to use "snail mail" if at all possible. Our school year is coming to a close and will resume again in August. Let me know if you would like to begin this project. Thanks, Danna

Hello-
I have several hundred students would like to have a pen pal. Their ages are 10-13. If you would like to correspond with us, please email me your name and school address, with the number of letters you would like to recieve. If your school has a website or you can include anything about your school or community that would be great. We will be having a letter writing day in February and we will send all the letters together to you at your school. If you would like to write to us first, please do, and we will respond.
Thank you, I hope to hear from you!

Dear Kate,
I'm Rose, I'm French and I'm an English teacher. I'm looking for some penpals for my pupils (they are about 11 years old) because they would love to practise their English this way. What would you think of having penpals from France ? Do you think your students would be interested in discovering our French culture through letters from my students ? Let me know !
Hope to hear from you soon,
Rose

Hello,
We are an after school program and I would like my kids to be able to have pen pals. It is something new we are starting and I am looking for a group to do this with. I have around 25 boys and girls from the ages of 6-11 that would probably be involved. Let us know if you are interested.

Hello,
We're also looking for students to start a pen pal programme, Our students are in 5th and 6th grade class. We are a Primary Education School in Ceuta, Spain. The english level are not so advanced, let's say intermediate, but they are willing to start and we are mainly interested in writing rather than using the chat, but it won't be an obstacle.
We would like to start as soon as possible.
Thanks, (you can use the mail above mentioned.)
Bst Rgds, Gloria
