Primary school : "24 english speaking students needed for snail mail friendship"

I'm a 4th grade teacher in the metro Detroit area. My class comsists of 9 and 10 year olds from various backgrounds. They all speak and write in English. Recentlyh, I read them a story about Koalas and discovered many of them didn't really know much about Australia. What a better way to learn but by corresponding with someone who lives there!!! Hi,
I teach Grade 4 (9-10 year olds) at an IB school in Bangalore, India. As part of the IB focus on International Mindedness, we would love to correspond by snailmail as well as through e-mail with your students. We look forward to sharing our lives and gaining an insight into life in USA.
Our academic year commences on Aug 10th and I would like to begin writing immediately. (estimated number of students - 22 - 24 per section. We also have 2 more sections with similar numbers. You could correspond with one section only or with all 3 depending upon the number of similar aged students in your school).
