I am teaching a Geography class for 7th graders and they would love to have penpals from Ireland. I went there last summer and talk about it all the time and I think it kind of rubbed off on them.

Dear Mauren:
I know that my class and Iare not from Ireland as you would have liked, but if you have not found a class to be penpals with, then I would be happy to be in contact with you. I have 19 students of late-elementary to early-middle school students who live on a beautiful island in South Korea. I am an ESL teacher from Canada, and I was hoping to find my classes penpals from an English speaking country to help them out with their writing. They are currently using a very good level of English and would love the opportunity to correspond with some English-speaking students.
