Hello,

My name is Amore Goins. I am an American originally from North Carolina, and a teacher. I am currently a first grade teacher in Hong Kong, China. My first graders are bilingual in Chinese and English. Though, minor inaccuracies due to English is their second language.
I hope to find a dedicated teacher willing to team with me to begin a pen-pal relationship with 28 bright young minds.
The students are some what even in gender, however that is not so imperative when pairing the writers together. We are excited to exchange snail mail, small token gifts (stickers ect.) and a few emails and Skype if you are equiped.

If you are interested in begining such a relationship for your students please email me at amoreshaudagoins@yahoo.com

Good luck this year!

Amore

I am looking for pen pals for my class of 5th graders. I have 24 students. I would like to start asap. We are from IL on the border of WI. If this works for you, we can write the first batch as early as next week. I would just need the first names of your students and the address for your school. Please email me back as soon as you can either way.

Hi,I'm a singaporean English teacher who has been working in a school in Quito- Ecuador. I speak English and Spanish and this year I am searching for a school who would like to exchange letters with some of our primary students .
Our school is not that big but I could have certain groups joined. The grades I have in mind for this project are: Primary one, two , three and four.
In total there will be like 42 students. Please let me know, it will be really nice and great to be able to keep in touch with you all. We can do it by the traditional way, and we can also exchange photos, postcards, keychains and so many other things.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Amanda,
I have a group of French pupils (aged 10) who have been learning English for 3 years. They would love to be penpals with your kids and learn more about your school system, the food/eating habits in the US, some American songs, your national holidays/celebrations... Some of them would love this correspondance to lead to an exchange program. Would that suit you? Looking forward to hear from you! Valérie

Dear Amanda,

I am a gifted second grade teacher in Brooklyn, New York, an urban setting. I will have a class of about 20 kids in September. Part of our curriculum is learning about other rural, suburban abd urban communities in the United States. I would love to have penpals for my class to snail mail in September. What a great way to learn about other communities and practice writing skills at the same time. Hope you are interested.

Hi Amanda
My name is Lynne and I'm a teaching assistant working towards higher level teaching assistant status (H.L.T.A)in year 4. Our school is fairly small and is in a small village in Lincolnshire near the coastal town of Skegness. In September I am moving into Year 6, along with the deputy head teacher. These children are aged 10 and 11 years, both girls and boys. I suggested to the class teacher that it would be a good idea for us to have penpals from another country and he agreed. We would love to swap letters with you at the beginning of our school year in September.
