Hello!

My name is Meghan Connelly. I am president and curriculum director at SEEdebate.org. We are completely free website where teachers sign up their classes and the students discuss current events online. Check us out! We are hoping to have students discussing with other students from all over the world to increase their understanding of other cultures and perspectives on world events.

Hello to both of the students that sent messages to me! You can discuss current events articles with students on our site but you need to be registered as a student and have a teacher create a class for you to join. If you have a teacher that you can ask to sign up as an educator, that would be great, because then perhaps the teacher would like to include more students in the class that may also want to participate in discussion. If you don't have a teacher to ask, let me know. I can create a class myself and you can join that one. For security reasons, we can't have students on the site who are unsupervised! I will e-mail you back with a class code that you can use to join a class at SEE!
