Hello!
I am the advisor for a penpal club in the states--Washington. My students are hoping to meet students in other countries, so that they can learn about what's it like--being a student in "?" country. I think this is a wonderful opportunity, and hope that we can get some responses. My own personal experience with penpals has been great, and I still write to a number of them. It's a great way for people to connect! Please consider my offer!

J'enseigne l'anglais a des lycéens de 17 à 22 ans.
Je souhaiterais organiser un voyage scolaire aux états unis, un échange entre 2 lycées ou nos élèves pourraient être accueillis ainsi que vos étudiants chez nous,c'est un projet très sympa a realiser. Je suis à mulhouse a 10 min de la frontière Suisse et Allemande.

I am a student(17 years old) from west Germany and I really like to have a penpal from the USA and I read you live in Washington. Do you mean the state or Washington DC?? The reason I ask is (sorry for my terrible English, but I really do my best) I have in Ausgust a project about America and I need people who live in Washington, Forks(!) but I also like to have a penpal! Bonjour, nous sommes trois professeurs italiens (Marilena Tremante : prof d'anglais - Pina Di Maso : prof de français - et moi : Alfonso Colasante : prof de conversation française. Nous voulons réaliser un échange culturel avec un lycée américain en commençant par la correspondace via Internet entre nos élèves italiens et américains. Cette correspondance sera suivie par un voyage en Italie et par un voyage aux USA. Les élèves sont accueuillis dans les familles et il y a des excursions chaque jour. Durée du séjour : huit ou dix jours. Langues de communication possibles : l'anglais, le français, l'italien et aussi l'allemand. Notre région est très belle. Hi Hank,

I'm from Seattle but teaching English in Clermont Ferrand, a medium sized city in the center of France, in Auvergne, a green region known for its volcanoes and farmlands surrounded by small villages. I have a number of French students (a total of about 33 though not all in the same class so the number could be split up if you have less kids) all around the age of 15 who would like American penpals. I would love for some of them to have penpals from Washington state (are you in the state or in D.C.?) but either way, we are looking for kids around 15.

We run a penpal club every Friday in our school and some of our students are desperately looking for penpals from the USA : Guillaume, 14 ; Charles , 14, Marylou, 13.
