: "looking for correspondence from Tochigi"

I was and will be a teacher in Japan. I would like to correspond with students from Tochigi to keep up on the news from there. Especially areas as Tochigi shi area, Yaita area or Takanezawa. Prefer middle school and above. I am american, learning Japanese now. (correspondence with teachers is also welcome, Id like to learn more about computer lesson planning. )
