Somos un grupo de profesores de inglés que estamos trabajando en un instituto de Petrer (Alicante) , IES Azorín, y nos gustaría que en este curso nuestros alumnos se escribieran con estudiantes de habla inglesa para que conocieran otras culturas y formas de vida, y a la vez practicasen el idioma. También estamos interesados en que nuestros alumnos hagan proyectos en inglés conjuntamente con sus amigos ingleses e incluso hacer un intercambio. Es decir, nuestros alumnos se instalarían en casas particulares con los jóvenes de la escuela y se harían excursiones culturales y recreativos durante aproximadamente dos semanas. Luego estos alumnos vendrían a nuestro centro. La edad de nuestros alumnos es desde 12 hasta18 años. Muchas gracias.

14451 - Reply from isabelle (France) - 2006-10-23 hello Suzanne, I teach English to about 60 pupils aged 13 to 15 and we are looking for penpals to practise English and to get to know another culture. Would you be interested? We live in the south west of france (near bordeaux, biarritz and the spanish border.) I think it would be interesting. Maybe we could give them themes to help them find topics.... for the moment, 20 pupils aged 13 and 14 are interested. They've been learning english for a bit more than 2 years.
