Hello! I am a teacher in the U.S. and I'm reaching out because some of my students are working on an online magazine by and for teens that they want to use as a platform to amplify and hear from diverse voices. They have 4 themed issues planned that they are working on: - Science & Technology in different countries - The arts in different countries (literary, visual, music, etc.) - New Year's Traditions in different countries (for the January 2025 issue) - Youth sports in different countries They are hoping to feature articles by students from many different countries; they currently have submissions from 6 different countries. While not every submission can be published, those that are accepted will feature the writer's name, photo, and a short bio. If, for any reason, students are uncomfortable with this, we can also use a pen name and cartoon avatar instead. They are trying to be flexible so that they can really amplify as many voices as they can. I hope to hear from you! |
