I teach history and social studies to middle school students (age 12-14) in a small community in the northeastern United States. We don't many opportunities to connect with people from around the world, and we are hoping to change that. We are open to connect with schools from anywhere, but we would be especially interested in connecting with students in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East. We could exchange videos, do web-based exchanges, or write traditional letters and share pictures.
Unfortunately, we are only interested in corresponding in English at this time.

I'm an EFL Teacher in Barcelona, Spain. Our high school is located in a multicultural area, where most of the population comes from diverse geographical areas, as North Africa, Asia and East Europe. My student can correspond in English, and they are eager to improve their literacy skills by writing handwritten letters, e-mails and postcards or creating videos. Dear Suzette,

I teach first year high school English in the Netherlands and we would love to write to your students. My students are aged 11-13 and they could write about life in the Netherlands, differences in school life in the Netherlands vs US and lots more.
