 I am a fourth grade teacher in Philadelphia, Pa, USA. This year our school is doing a yearlong, "around the world" project on the country of our choice. My choice is Australia, and I would very much like my class to enhance their writing skills by communicating with your students via mail. Would it be possible to have your students become penpals with mine? I believe this would be a great way to promote literacy proficiency among students, as well as cultural understanding.
I will probably have around thirty students in my class this year. They will be between the ages of nine and ten. Looking forward to hearing from you!
