: "Pen pals in sunny Los Angeles!!"

Good afternoon! I have 124 wonderful 5th grade students from sunny Los Angeles in California. We would love to learn more about other cultures/countries and write letters throughout the year. Our school year is September-June. Thank you!

Hi Marie!

I teach in the South West of France, near the Atlantic Ocean. I'd like to set up a penpal programme with my two 6th Grade classes (about 50 students). I was thinking of sending actual individual letters or postcards, but also if possible videos and collective/class questions about the American school system, American culture in general...anything, really!
Please contact me if you are interested!
Amandine x

Hello !
I'm from France in the centre of Paris a very nice school and I teach English to 13-15 years old students (=classe de 3ème en collège et 4ème ). I would like to find penpals for my future students, for September 2017, if possible either in the US, Canada or Australia or South Africa(as these countries are studied all year long)
The idea is to find a penpal for each student (there will be 25 or 32 students in my four classes).
The exchange will be made via both emails and snail mail (so as to make students study the format of a letter/postcard and improve their use of internet). This project includes collective emails/letters and individual exchange.
Themes of writing can be : the educational system (similarities and differences ; school uniform, if any), habits and ways of life, discovering another culture (traditional bank holidays, music...)

I'm opened to any other suggestions to complete the mail/letter exchange. If anybody is interested, please let me know !

Hi Marie,
I teach English to students between 11 and 12 years old. They would love to exchange letters, postcards, magnets and other small souvenirs with their peers from other countries. The number 124 is a big challenge but we can do it. I have 4 years experience in exchanging student's letters. We start our schoolyear on 4th September and finish at the end of June. Hope to hear from you soon, Ania

Hi there,
I'm a French teacher looking for a real hosting exchange for my 16-17 years old students. Do you know of any site that king in the USA or Canada for me to contact American or Canadian teachers looking for French partners. Your message could have interested me but your pupils are too young for my class and students of the world mostly propose French teacher since it was created in France.
Thank you very much for your answer.
