I teach 6th grade reading in Texas. I am looking for pen pals from another country for one of my classes. There are 27 students aged 11-12. I wouldn't mind adding my other classes if you have more than 27 students. Only English speaking please. Hope to hear from someone soon!!

Hi,

I'm an English teacher from Normandy in France and I am currently responsible of 1 class of 32 students in Year 7 (they are 11 years old), 2 classes of 17 students in Year 8 (12 years old) and 2 classes of 18 students in Year 9 (13 years old). They are very curious about the USA and the English language, they would love to have American penpals. I have organized an exchange last year with 2 schools in England, my students can write letters / emails in English and receive letters from your students in French. They learn how to talk about their everyday life (family, activities, weather, subjects at school) in Year 7 and are also able to talk about the society and school in year 9.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in taking part in an exchange with 1 of my classes.

Hello,
we are a language school in Barcelona (Spain) and have English students of the same age as your students of Spanish. Our 10 to 12 y.o. students are more than eager to become penfriends with other students abroad, and we would love to make this experience a curricular project within their course.
We have snail mailed other USA school previous years and the experience has proved to be really enriching.
