Primary school : "8 and 9 yr old girl looking for pen pals"

My two girls attend a University-model school and are looking for pen pals. They attend school two days a week and are schooled at home the rest of the week. They love to send and receive mail. I want to encourage this love to write! It'd be fun for them to learn what life is like for others in the US or abroad. Snail mail only! English!

I am a parent and special ed teacher and I came across your ad here seeking pen pals. My daughter is nine years old and in the 4th grade. She has been looking for a pen pal. I think it would be helpful for her as she has dyslexia in continuing to work through those issues and familiarizing herself with the technology supports available to her. She is diagnosed with high functioning autism

Hello Parent,
I work in a school in Ugandan/ Africa. I am responsible for the "citizens of the world" club in the school which connects our school students to other students in the world with a view to help them understand and appreciate life and cultures on the other side of the world. Some of the students have gotten to know their friends on a personal basis and became very good friends If you would like it, I can get students from our classes that match your age specifications and connect them to your children and they start writing each other.
