Primary school : "Pens pals for 7-8 year olds"

Hello! I teach 2nd grade (7-8 years old) in Illinois and would love to get them started in a pen pal program, hopefully with students from another country. Maybe we could meet via Skype eventually, but I know how excited the kids will be to get mail, especially from far away! I have 44 students, but don't need to necessarily have all our pals from one class/school.

Hello,

We are a class of 27 pupils in Paris (Montrouge) and we would wish to correspond with an anglophone class. We could send messages in English and the Anglophone class could answer us in French. We are very open on the subjects. My pupils have between 8 and 10 years.
I hope to be able to work with you
Raphaël

Hi Jennifer!

I teach English in extracurricular activities in the south of Spain (Málaga), and in order to improve my student's English and also to motivate them I was thinking of starting a Pen Pal project with English speaker students.

I have about 12 students (8-11 years) who would love to contact kids their age and learn some English.

If you are still interested, please contact me.

Hi Jennifer,
I'm a teacher from Boston working in a Swedish school, where I teach 3rd grade (my students are generally 8 years old). My students are from all over the world and speak many languages, but we learn in English. If you are still interested in penpals, please let me know as it's something we might be able to do. Thanks!
Cindy
