106492 - from Marie (USA) - 2015-08-11 Primary school : "Pen pals from sunny California! Los Angeles!" Hello from sunny Los Angeles!!! I work with 120 students that are in grade 5 (age 10-11). I was hoping to find pen pals from another country that would like to send written letters throughout the year. We could learn more about culture, sports, food, and send several letters and form possible friendships between our students. If you are interested, please email me back. They already studied English the previous years. I'd love to have a correspondence with other pupils so the children can improve their english and most of all learn about new cultures, traditions... I'm looking for a simple correspondence, either by written hands letters or email, skype... just to make possible for them the meeting with others and create new friendship! 106538 - Reply from Ania (Poland) - 2015-08-12 Hello Marie and maybe Sandrine as well, we start new schoolyear on 1st September and finish at the end of June. I will be the head teacher of a class of 25 or maybe 26 pupils aged 10-11 (5th grade) and I would like them to meet new people from around the world and at the same time to develop their English writing skills and learn about new cultures.
