The pupils are 13 years old and very motivated, they would like to have penpals from England to get to know more about the British culture and be more at ease with the language. They are also ready to talk about the French culture. It would be a good opportunity to use this project for historical events as well. They are 13-15 years old, and they have quite a good level, intermediate, some better than others. They are really looking forward to having a pen pal. I teach Englsih in a secondary school, and I have other groups too, 2 younger and 1 older, but i'm primarily looking for penplas for this group of 32 as their penpal project failed. We live in Madrid. I can split the class, I'm looking for pen pals for all of them, but it doesn´t have to be from the same class or country at all. Let me know if interested.

I have had such penfriendship club experience before too with an American, Italian and then French schools. I have students of the same age of yours and very good at English, so we can start over quickly if you and your students as well interested in making friendships in Morocco. Our students can write snail letters and exchange post cards of their country and cities, then we can also extend it to E-mails if you think it can work... :) Thanks in advance Best and warmest wishes from Morocco.
