We are a group of 17 students from Spain, aged 13–14, studying English as a foreign language at secondary school. We are looking for pen pals from other countries to exchange real, handwritten letters by post. Our aim is to practise English in a meaningful and motivating way, while learning about other cultures, daily life, hobbies and traditions. Writing real letters will help our students improve their writing skills, vocabulary and confidence in English. What we are looking for: Students of a similar age (12–15) Schools or teachers interested in a class-to-class exchange Physical letters only (no emails or messaging apps) One letter every 4–6 weeks About us: 17 students Secondary school (2nd year of ESO) Teacher-supervised project Friendly, respectful and motivated learners If you are a teacher or school interested in starting a traditional pen pal project, we would be very happy to hear from you! My name is Anna and I have a class of pupils aged 13/14 (born in 2012) who could be penfriends with your students. They are creative, nice and eager to get to know their peers from other countries.
