1) Groß- und Kleinschreibung (upper and lower case)
In German all nouns are written with a capital letter at the beginning, as well as names and words at the beginning of a sentence. |

You've probably realized, that there are different articles in German:
der, die and das
Unfortunately there's no rule; you must just learn the words together with their articles.

But now you have to pay attention with the article "der"!!!
It changes to "den"!

etc.
This case is called Akkusativ (akkusative). |
