Bonjour à tous!! Je suis nouvelle sur ce groupe et j'aimerais bien écrire un petit message:
Comme la plupart d'entre vous, ici, j'ADORE l'escalade. J'en pratique depuis un peu moins que 8 ans. J'adore grimper sur les falaises montagnardes : le bonheur!! -sauf quand c'est trop dur- Je grimpe aussi sur un mur (dans une salle) et je fais du 5c, 6a.
J'admets qu'on peut paniquer, au delà du millieu du mur, quand on grimpe...
Mais, si vous aimez : grimper aux arbres, grimper partout, aimer grimper, surtout; eh bien, je vous conseille l'escalade!!!

When you climb the mountain, what is your state? Is it to stare at the ground with the same concentration as I do to prevent stepping on the air? Is it the same as me, still clenching teeth and climbing up? Without looking around and missing the scenery around me, climbing the mountain seems to be a tiring and painful thing. However, the more you insist, the higher you climb, the wider the field of vision you will see, and the natural mountain scenery will be more beautiful. So, be patient, focus more, and hold on for a while. The mountain scenery you see later will be more beautiful, really! |

Some people think the mountain is yellow by mistake¡¡hahaXD
Actually it is named after a very great emperor of ancient China. Ancient Chinese regard yellow as the color of land.Because the emperor contributed a lot to the agriculture£¬so they called the emperor ¡°»ÆµÛ¡±.Translate it straightforwardly¡ª¡ªthe Yellow Emperor.
As for the connections between the Yellow Mountain and the Yellow Emperor, it's another story.

|  Well, I feel the same... I didn't particularly like climbing but I love sports that associate with nature. I was into hiking and camping since I started high school and I bever knew I had a fear of heights. When I started university I joined a caving club. There were a lot of climbing and darkness and in my first cave I had a panic attack. I know I have no problem with darkness. I don't know how I am going to overcome this. |

| Hay,Jai vue que tu demandait quelques conseils pour améliorer ton escalade.
Perso j'ai commencé a mes 3ans et c'est devenu plus que on passion! Je suis dans l'équipe national de Belgique et je fait des compétitions nationales. Donc voila pour les conseils : Si tu sais que tu vas continuer l'escalade achète toi ton propre matérielles (chaussures d'escalade, boudrié...) je te conseil plus de commencé cher décathlon😂Puis si tu ne fait pas encore des comptions et que tu veux commencer : Sois sur de toi on est la pour apprendre! chaque chose a une première fois! puis sa dépendent puis de ton niveaux.Perso a 13ans je suis déjà avec les 20-25ans donc mes comptions son beaucoup plus difficiles! Voila j'espère que je tai un peux aider😁Bonne continuation!!❤ |

j'adore, l'escalade!!!
c'est juste un sport trop cool et c'est pour moi un sport d'aventure , et puis parfois ça fait un peu flippé ,on a toujours un peu peur quand on grimpe et pourtant on en veut toujours plus , puis et j'adore tout ce qui dit aventure du coup faire de l'escalade me donne une sensation de liberté. |
