 Je fais de la boxe anglaise depuis 3 ans maintenant je regarde beaucoup de combat ça devient peu a peu une reel passion meme si les entrainements sont tres dures cela me fait beaucoup de bien. Est ce que quelqu'un pratique de la boxe thai ou un autre type de boxe?? |

I was a Biology and Earth Science Teacher before retiring at age 50. Anyway, I used to Box in my teens and early 20's. Enjoyed is very much! |  C'est quoi la différence entre la boxe française et la boxe anglaise ? on va faire de la boxe française cette année et comme je l'ai attendu pendant deux ans j'espère que c'est la boxe ou on frappe les punching ball (même si je crois que mon école n'en a pas...) c'est mieux, il ne rend pas les coups et ça muscle quand même !!! :) |

Hi,
have you ever tried mma?
It is a mix of boxing and techniques on the ground. it a very popular and violent sport in america. What do you think of it?
I'm not actually doing mma, but only grappling (the part on the gorund), and it's really cool. HOwever I'm training with men only. It's really difficult. Do you think it's good thing to do that mixed?

I do MDMA which is Modern Day Martial arts its great!!! I'm only 11 so do junior classes where I train against female and male opponents. I am a blue and white belt and it is a very popular sport in Britian, I think you doing it is great, I am so happy to know that other girls do it. :) |

| | La boxe thaïlandaise est géniale. Cependant il faut le mental qui permet de tenir dans ce sport. Et contrairement à ce que certains peuvent dire, c'est loin d'être un sport complet (pas de technique au sol par exemple). Même si il regroupe beaucoup de techniques debout ;) |

Je fais de la boxe thaïlandaise depuis un an et c'est un sport génial. La boxe te permets de te défouler et ça fait du bien. C'est un sport complet et il aide à avoir un super corps pour l'été :p
Franchement n'hésite pas c'est super!!! Après tu as toujours les premières séances qui sont faites pour te faire un avis!

| Salut , oui effectivement la savate boxe française est une boxe pieds points assez technique . C'est la base de la boxe en France , de nombreux boxeurs on commencé par la boxe française ce qui leurs a ensuite permis de faire d'autres boxes comme l'anglaise , le kick-boxing et la boxe thailandaise ..
J'ai commencer moi-même par la boxe française en touche , puis de l'anglaise en amateur (combat) et ensuite en boxe thailandaise et kick boxing. JE pense que sans la boxe française je n'aurais pas évoluée rapidement dans les autres boxes. |
