I love learning about space. It's so cool and awesome. I want to be an aerospace engineer and then from this i would like to be an astronaut and work in NASA. If you like to work in NASA send a friend request or just send a messgae
My passion is thinking about the universe, and stargazing. My favorite quote is: “The universe is a pretty big place. If it's just us, seems like an awful waste of space.” - Carl Sagan (astronomer)
I was wondering if anyone has ideas about aliens, alien life, and other things.

Hi every one, just to say that like you i think i really want to be an astronaut but personally nobody knows that about me, or i say that it's only a dream but i think it is a dream that deserve to be achieve! There is so many things we don't know, a thousand astronaut weren't enough to know everything. And i saw on many astronaut's interview that to be an astronaut, you just have to have a reason to go in space. Obviously there is contest, and 7 years of training, but it doesn't seems so complicated if you really want to do that. For exemple they said that the contest is a lot of question and, you don't have the time you need to answering all so it's just about how you think it, your efficacity and i'm sure that one day, at least one of us will finally achieve his dream and i think t is beautiful so just a Chessy message to say that it is possible, you don't have to be perfect (perfection doesn't exist), you just have to believe ! ^v^

Also, I am not sure if you guys heard of ISRO. ISRO stands for the Indian Space Research Organization. They are doing good and I would like to give them a shout out
Also, so many kids say that being an astronaut is risky and that it isn't a great job. Well, let me tell this:
1: Going into space is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
2: Exploring and being out there outweighs the risk
3:We astronauts "serve mankind" and learn and discover new things under the name of science.
Hi everyone. I am Sachin. I too want to be an astronaut. I have a telescope, and I see the moon and planets. Every time I see them, it so cool to see that in the future,we may be living on them.
Being a astronaut is both my ambition and dream.I wish that one day I'll go to the space and fill my country with proud.
I am Satyam from India.
I am thinking about space and future of humanity everyday too.Whenever I look up in the sky.I feel awesome. It is like you are watching unexplored mystery.Space is something that I have been interested in since I was child.I have been searching it on internet about the space for a long time.
I understand that my chances to get into space in my lifetime are miserable .
I am a curious boy and I think it's not an easy work to explore space due to its vastness.SPACE and TIME are two things that I have concentrated myself and so far I have not decided If am not prepared enough then the best thing I should do so as to
fulfill my dream is yet to be decided.
My ambition is to be an astronaut .I not only want to be an astronaut but also first man to be successfully launched on mars. This task seems to be quite impossible but my advice :always believe that you can then you absolutely can.
I am actually planning to go abroad for higher studies due to following reasons-
1>In India many students are willing to get education but there are overall many frauds who cheat on them and even make fake degrees.
2>Most of the students in India study during exam time .It means that they do not study unless they are compelled to do so.It also means that they consider education of very little importance but in my opinion"education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world .
3>There are are so many students in India that whenever they want to study either get distracted by other students those who rag on others or teachers find it very difficult to make them understand.Rather you can say they can't manage to pay attention on each and every student.
that's why I wanna go abroad for higher studies .
SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST SUITED UNIVERSITY FOR ME TO STUDY.
hope to get replies from brothers and sisters immediately.

I want to be an astronaut myself. I am planning on going to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This is a very good college to learning anything to has to do with space because the entire college's atmosphere is aviation. It is possible to get numerous scholarships to go here or to pay for it yourself. If you have an interest in anything space or aviation related, visit the website and see how you like it. The website is www.erau.edu

I am thinking about space and the future of humanity every day. My dream is the world where we live on several planets. Where humanity is united, regardless of race, religion and skin color, working together to explore the vastness of space, maybe even to meet some friends from another galaxy.
I understand that my chances to get to space in my lifetime are miserable. But I want to make everything I can to ensure that humanity will reach the next level.
So I'm searching for any like-minded persons across the world to join our forces, share our thoughts, use our skills to build our future.
I'm 18, student studying robotics 2nd year.

What are the chances of me getting into a good university? Not great... What are the chances of someone getting a job at NASA? Extremely slight. Everything I've seen on here seems so basic, like nobody bothers to be informed, even the older people, not just the kids. I see "NASA" in every post, but nobody has EVER mentionned the ESA or FKA/RKA or JAXA or the SSO or CNES! It seems like NOBODY knows that you have a better chance at such a job if you apply in your own country. People always hear "NASA this and NASA that" on TV, but think of ISS, there are people from all agencies up there. Don't think that NASA is better because it is bigger/richer/more popular. Maybe you should rethink your "dream" if you aren't even bothered to learn about it properly or make sure you've checked ALL your options before asking if NASA is a good place. I'm 14, but I probably know my chances and the way to get there better than most people I have seen posting on here. LEARN!!
RETOURNEZ A VOS ETUDES!!!
I'm sorry, I realise that this is not a professional forum but it would be nice if people knew what they were talking about, not just saying this because it sounds "cool".
Thoughts? Votre avis?
