salut ! je fais de l'escalade depuis mes 3 ans je crois ... ou 4 ! si tu veux des conseils , n hésite pas a me demander et je demanderais a mon père ( il fait beaucoup d'escalade et pourra mieux te répondre que moi ) de me donner une réponse !
