: "School Project in New Zealand"

I teach English at St Joseph's Technical Institute in Tahiti. We are planning to take 14 students aged 18 to 20 (4 of them come from the Marquesas Islands and the others from Tahiti, to visit Auckland in February 2011.
The aim of our trip is twofold: 1) Discover the sheepmeat (or redmeat ) trail from the farm to the plates. (Our students are taking a diploma in deli meat cooking and preparation).2) Establish youth contacts by mail first and then real contacts in New Zealand if possible when we come in February. We'll be staying in Otara (Whaiora Marae).
