18527 - from Taryn (Australia) - 2007-04-15 : ""Seeking Class Teacher of 9-10yr old Japanese Students"" Hello, my Year 4 class in Australia is studying a unit on "Our Asian Neighbours" this term and I am looking to start an email program with the teacher of a class of similar aged (9/10yrs old) Japanese students. Once a week I would like to simply send an email to the class, via the teacher, asking any questions my students have about the Japanese culture and answering any questions the Japanese students have for my children. I am interested in visiting some Japanese class in Australia to see how australian kids learn my native language. I am coming to australia next month with working holiday visa and would like to find a school where I can visit and observe their Japanese class!
