I used to play tennis quite often, but then I took a long hiatus. I;m starting lessons back up again on January 6th. Any advice?

Sorry it’s late but work on your forearms they are easier and you can always move to suit it. Don’t volley from the baseline. Listen to your coach. Find other players the same level as you and play friendly matches with them regularly. Play as much as you can!!! Message me too
