I'm a certified teacher of English in the SOUTH OF FRANCE ( PROVENCE). I teach in a high school, grade ten.
My students, boys and girls, aged fifteen, are nice and motivated in language learning.
They study English as a foreign language.
In our textbook, we study, Australia.
I'd be very interested to start exchanging E mails with one of your classes.
I have several grade ten classes.
Each class is composed of about 24 students, boys and girls.
They all study English, plus another modetn language ( SPANISH OR iTALIAN) and it's compulsory in our education system.
Our school is a high school, so education is totally free.
Books are free as students are equipped with tablets given by the local authorities.
We are a city school, not far from the city center.
We would certainly like to know important things about NEW SOUTH WALES, about your school, about sheep shearing.
We had a lesson on sheep shearing.
Are there lots of sheep where you live?
We could communicate in French and English.
We would be happy to cover subjects that are interesting for you. We live in a very rich cultural town. At present , it's winter here and we are on holidays. It was the end of the first term; We go back to school on JANUARY 3rd and it will be the second term.The school year usually finishes in mid JUNE and the summer holidays begin, for about two months. |
