My 6th grade English students (age11/12) would be thrilled to have real penpals to write to! They've had English lessons since primary school and some of those students' English is quite advanced. They're able to express themselves in simple sentences. Vocab is missing in many areas though. My objective is to improve my students' English with this kind of letter exchange. If there is a German teacher out there, you might also be interested to have your students write back in German. But of course communication in English only is also possible. I'm open for suggestions! :)

Ich lebe seit 2014 in der Türkei und habe hier meine eigene private Sprachschule. Ich unterrichte Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch. Ich habe viele Schüler, die gerne ihr Englisch verbessern möchten und sich sehr auf einen Brieffreund freuen würden. Ich habe verschiedene Altersgruppen. Meine Schüler wollen gerne in Englisch korrespondieren interessieren sich aber auch für die deutsche Sprache und Kultur. Well, we have a school called Atin Yesu Nursery Primary School, located in Aboke Sub -County, Kole District, Northern Uganda. I would like our students to have penpals from your school. If this is possible, you just let me know so that we start the program. We can use e-mail. I used to connect students here with students from New Mexico with support from Project Peacepal(Based in New Mexico), but the letter writing program with schools has stopped and we are looking for a partner school.
