Start with fresh, warm milk in the first step.
The milk is acidified in Step 2.
Step 3: Include a Coagulant.
Step 4: Assess the gel's firmness.
Cut the curd in Step 5.
Step 6: Mix, cook, and clean the curd.
Drain the curds in Step 7.
Step 8: Age the cheese and salt it.
