Philosophie : ""euthanasia""

In school, I learned about euthanasia. It is allowing people that suffer with an illness that cannot be cured to suicide with the permission of doctors and their guardians'. Do you guys think we should allow euthanasia or not. I personally believe that we should allow it with strict procedures. Please tell me your opinions and reasons.

Several months ago french parlement has allowed euthanasia in the law. I agree.
