| | While I love to cook, and I have done it tons of times in the past, I really must admit that yo don't have to know what you're doing. Would it be nice if you did? Yes, but you don't have to. All you have to do is know the recipe and know how to follow it, and follow it correctly. If you do that, you'll have a great dish, and the only one that will know that you had no idea what you were doing would be you. And it's OK to feel nervous. It's a human emotion, something that you can't escape. I say the best thing you can do is put on a brave face, and welcome disaster. I mean, at the cooking class they don't expect you to be perfect. If they did, they wouldn't expect you in their class. |
