: "Collaborate with Teachers in Greece or Germany" |
I'm writing a grant to travel to Greece and Germany this summer with our art teacher to explore the cultural and historical influences in Europe that inspired two pieces of literature that we study with our 4th graders: The Whipping Boy and The Lightning Thief. We'd love to schedule a visit to a school in Greece and Germany while we are traveling there in early June if we receive this grant. The goal would be to then possibly next year set up a pen pals exchange between students at our schools.
